MEET YOUR THERAPIST

I know what it feels like to lose yourself.

Not all at once. Not dramatically. Slowly — the way a river changes course when too much piles in its path.

THE SLOW DISAPPEARING

You keep showing up for everyone — until you can’t remember what stillness feels like.

You keep going. You keep showing up for others, being everything to everyone. And one day you look around and realize you’ve been running so long, you can’t remember what stillness feels like.

Can’t remember who you are when no one needs anything from you?

MY BECOMING

That was me. From the outside, I was holding it together.

WHO I HOLD SPACE FOR

Women of color deserve care that sees their whole story.

Not just their symptoms and presenting problems, but their lineage, their labor, their losses, and the parts of them that are still very much alive and reaching toward light.

I work primarily with women of color who are navigating transitions that rarely have enough support. You may be carrying more than one of these at the same time. You may have been carrying them for years.

You may have already tried therapy, and it helped a bit, but didn’t quite reach you — something still feels unfinished, untouched.

WHY ECOSOUL EXISTS

Traditional therapy was not designed with us in mind.

I say that not to dismiss it, but to be honest about its limitations. The model of sitting across someone in a dull beige room, unpacking your childhood for 50 minutes, doesn’t always translate to the layered, intergenerational, culturally textured experiences that many women of color carry.

We need more. We deserve more.
