MODALITIES WOVEN
DO YOU RECOGNIZE THIS?
The exhaustion is real, and it has a name.
You show up, do excellent work, and still find yourself navigating a workplace that doesn’t fully see you. The comments. The exclusions. The way you have to manage your reactions while others don’t. Over time, it accumulates in your body, your mind, and your relationships.
THE MODALITY
What is Rhythm & Processing?
Rhythm & Processing (RAP) is an innovative therapeutic approach developed by David Archer, a psychosocial worker, marriage and family therapist, and social worker whose practice is rooted at the intersection of healing, social justice, and embodied experience.

CREATED BY
David Archer, PSW, MFT, MSW
RAP recognizes that trauma, especially the kind embedded in chronic, systemic experiences like microaggressions, lives not just in the mind but in the nervous system, the muscles, the breath. Talking alone often isn’t enough. RAP brings together three powerful modalities to create a pathway to deeper, more lasting healing.

WHATS INCLUDED
Six sessions. One Whole Journey
Each 90-minute virtual session builds on the last, creating a contained arc of exploration, release, and integration, held within a small, intentionally curated group.

You’ll have access to my Simple Practice platform, where sessions are hosted securely, along with any visual materials or prompts shared between sessions.

THE TRANSFORMATION
From survival mode to reclaimed wholeness
Rhythm & Processing won’t change your workplace, but it will change how you carry what happens there. And that changes everything.
INVESTMENT
A decolonized
pricing structure
Healing should not be a privilege. This tiered pricing model is built on a community economics model; those who pay the full rate or sustainer rate make space for others to access this work at reduced cost.
There is no income verification. We trust you to choose the tier that reflects your true capacity, not your ambition or your guilt.
