WHAT MAKES ECOSOUL DIFFERENT

Ecotherapy isn’t a trend here. It’s a return. Land-based healing was never lost; it was suppressed. We bring it back alongside the clinical science that now confirms what ancestors always knew — and we name the ways Western mental health frameworks have pathologized survival, dismissed cultural wisdom, and excluded BIPOC communities.

AND THAT'S WHY WE TALK ABOUT IT HERE, OUT LOUD.

Ancestral wisdom and evidence-based practice are not in competition here. EcoSoul holds both the clinical exploration and the drum circle, the research article and the elder’s story.

A NOTE BEFORE WE GET STARTED

What we call evidence-based

OUR ANCESTORS CALLED KNOWING

EcoSoul acknowledges that the healing practices, plant knowledge, and land-based wisdom discussed on this podcast did not originate in research institutions. They were carried across generations, across oceans, across survival by Indigenous peoples, African communities, and diasporic cultures whose knowledge was systematically dismissed, extracted, or erased. We name this not as a disclaimer, but as a foundation.
